How to see other trees after checking the relationship viewing box?

Hi George, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. There is only one major tree in FamilySearch, but many duplicates which may be part of your family. Could you give me a FamilySearch ID number for the person in question so I can look at it. I'm not sure what you mean by the relationship viewing box. Please give me a little more information so I can help you.
Thanks, Carol

You DO NOT 'see' OTHER 'Trees' when you, either, use, the "View My Relationship"; or, the "Enable Relationship Viewing" ...
.
As, there are NO "Others" 'Trees' in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' ...
.
When you select, "View My Relationship", you are viewing YOUR relationship to the individual/person whose "Person/Details" page/screen that you are currently accessing.
.
When you enable, the "Enable Relationship Viewing", you are allowing OTHER Users/Patrons to view THEIR relationship to you; and, conversely, YOUR relationship to them.
.
There may be NO relationship; but, IF, another User/Patrons has requested that you enable, the "Enable Relationship Viewing"; THEN, there is a pretty good chance that you are somehow related; as, they are working on the same individual/person (or, individuals/persons) that you are - that is WHY they have requested such.
.
Please note that, BOTH, you; and, the OTHER User/Patron MUST have enabled, the "Enable Relationship Viewing", for you both to see if there is any relationship.
.
Furthermore ...
.
Most new/inexperienced User/Patrons of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' DO NOT understand the Basic MODEL and PREMISE of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySeach'
.
Let me explain ...
.
We do not have our OWN "Tree" in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
We ONLY have "Branches" (ie. Ancestral" lines), that are interconnected, in this SINGLE "One" World "Tree", for all of us, that is "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
"Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' is NOT like 'On-Line' "Websites" (eg. "Ancestry_com"; or "MyHeritage_com"; or, the like); and/or, 'standalone' personal (computer) programmes (eg, the OLD, now no longer supported, "PAF"; or, "Ancestral Quest"; or, the like).
.
We DO NOT have "Private"/"Personal" 'Trees' in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' like other 'On-Line' "Websites"; and/or, 'standalone' personal (computer) programmes.
.
We do not even, own; or, manage; and, are NOT even responsible for, the "Deceased" individuals/persons in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
"Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' is built on a "Open Edit" Platform - hence, why any registered User/Patron can "Edit" (ie. Add, Delete; and/or, Change) ANY "Deceased" individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
Here are a couple of "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch:
.
"View My Relationship" ...

How do I view my relationship to a person in Family Tree?
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/what-is-view-my-relationship-in-family-tree
.
Where it states:
Quote
------------------
Family Tree provides a View My Relationship feature to show your potential relationship to an individual included in the tree. In this feature, the chart can show 15 generations up and 15 generations down from the person you are viewing.
=====
This brings up a simplified tree that shows the direct relatives between you and the person. At the top of the diagram, you can see your relationship, such as My Grandmother, or My First Cousin.

How do I turn on or off the option to view my relationship to other users?
.
Where it states:
Quote
------------------
When you contact another user, you have the option to see how you are related. To do this, both you and the other user must turn on an option in your settings.
.
The relationship information is available when another user clicks your contact name in Family Tree or Memories. An option to view the relationship is displayed, along with the contact details.

I hope this helps.
