Why has FS stopped letting me do Review/Merges in my family tree?

OK. If I bring up the record of Christopher Hall ( GWLQ-4CW) there is a 'possible duplication' with KZHQ-T96.
I click on that, up comes the panel with Review Merge; I click on that but nothing at all comes up. Even if
I try reloading. Alf

@AlfHall AlfHall I tried the specific possible duplicate you mentioned for Christopher Hall (GWLQ-4CW) that you mentioned and clicking Review Merge in the pop-up worked to take me to the next screen in the merge process. So, some "maybes":
- Maybe you need to clear cookies and cache.
- Maybe you need to update your browser
- I only tried it in Firefox, so iit could be a browser issue.
- I used the webs interface. Maybe you are using the mobile app and the app has a problem.
If everything's up to date and cleaned up on your computer, it would be a good idea to contact Support so they can look into it in more detail. Click the question mark icon in the top right of the FamilySearch screen and then click Contact Us to find the phone, email, and chat options. Good luck!
