Are there any way to add those genealogical records into FamilySearch?
There are many e-books in this website <https://archive.org/search.php?query=น&sin=TXT>. It also contains some Thai genealogical records. They would be a good resource to find ancestors. I would like to know How to add those records to FamilySearch for they can searching?

This would be a good suggestion to give to the engineers to enhance the Family Search website. The following link will give the instructions to submit your request:

Most of these should be "public domain"
You could create a Family Search Memories Album
and load them there
and then tag them to corresponding people
very similar to what we do in the Family Bible Preservation Project

I did try to add some documents with surnames tags into "Memories" and they can use a search engine of "Find Memories" to find them. But it would be great if those documents can be found by using a search engine of "Search Historical Records". How to do it?

I will see if I can put you in contact with someone at FamilySearch
various of those items - are surely already in Family Search
also note you can also do a search of Memories - similar to a search of historical records
