'Yes', that 'link' of https://www.familysearch.org/ark/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSMP-57QF-D?i=967 is 'ERRORING OUT'.
.
.
The actual 'link' is to that of an "Image" of a record.
That "967" is the "Image' number of so many images.
.
I tried a few different ways get the 'link' to reference the "Index" record, to no avail.
.
I suggest that the 'link' could be an, 'Old'; and, hence, superseded 'link'.
.
Did the other User/Patron send you the 'link' through, this Forum (via. a "Private" 'Message'); or, (Conversation) 'Message' in/through "User Messaging" of 'FamilySearch'; or, an "E-mail" directly to you?

I believe this is the link you are looking for:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSMP-57QF-D?i=967
I almost get the impression after Sylvia shared the link with you that you "retyped" it in to your own browser - and in so doing you missed a character.
web links (or URL's as they are called ) - should not be retyped in to your browser - but rather mouse selected, copied and pasted. There is nothing wrong, per se, with retyping - but it is very tedious, slow, and you are bound to mistype something in many cases.
here is a link that talks about how to copy and paste URL's
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCYP0mPeDoU
Here was your original URL that you shared:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSMP-57QF-D?i=967
and here is the corrected on:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSMP-57QF-D?i=967
you will notice the only difference is the ":" after the three letters "ark"
this is the classic example of why its important to copy and paste instead of retype url's

Somewhere found some shipping reCords for me with an email address with family search and various numbers and letters but it does not open. Not sure how to find the correct place to go to In Australia so maybe I just use one of our sites and see how I go. Just thinking though if someone spends time looking it up and I cant access it, but of a waste of time for that person.

@Dennis J Yancey Your example above really hit the spot for me! I read over the two links 4 times and could not find the difference.
Thanks so much for pointing out the difference.
The Lord is in the very details of our lives! May all who read have a very happy day!😀
