IF, you are talking about it purely from on a case by case (ie. photo by photo) basis' THEN, just make sure that you are signed-in/logged-in to "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' (either, the "Web" version; or, the "Mobile" Application version - if it were me, I would try on the "Web" version in the first instance; and, IF, that proves too difficult; THEN, the "Mobile" Application version), on your "Android" 'Tablet'; and, you can do it from there.
.
Otherwise, 'link' your "Android" 'Tablet' to a personal computer, either, through "Blue Tooth" (or, "Hot Spot"); or, via a USB connection with a cable (old fashion; but, still effective).
.
It also looks like you can "Drag and Drop" Files from a "Source" (ie. in you case your "Android" 'Tablet') into your "Gallery" in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' - I have never tried such; so, I cannot comment.

Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':

FS Memories is quite CPU/Memory intensive- so you may compare your experience on the android vs a computer - realizing how RAM size can make a difference in performance.
BUT Here is a page with info on FS Memory/Albums

@jannyvanvoorst1 jannyvanvoorst1 If you have the Memories App you easily add photos from your tablet to FamilySearch.org.
