Reading a death certificate

Here I am again, with another cause of death needing to be read...

(Apparently I’m really, REALLY bad at reading scrawled handwriting. ;-) )

But could someone try and figure out what he died from? It’s the key here to seeing if this man is related to the tree I’m researching.

    @MRenée J​ I think part of it is colitis. Could be ulcerative colitis?

    I think the next line says "scrofula" - thought to be a form of tuberculosis. Anyone else seeing the same thing?
