I am hitting a wall searching for more info on my grandmother and her adoptive mother.
I am having trouble finding my grandmother's birth certificate (Grace E. Reid born 2/28/1908 in Ohio/or Kentucky), also cannot find her marriage certificate or much else on her. Also her adoptive mother, Leona M. Keelen (278Y-46L)
Is it possible that there is just not much to be found or that Im just not looking in the right place?

For a list of suggestions on how to broaden your search when stuck, go to the question mark inside of the circle at the top right of FamilySearch, click on it, in the search box type in "research help." You might also want to take advantage of the 20 minute free consultation with an expert at the Family History Library. How to Sign-up for Online Consultation

Maybe some members of that 'Group' will be able to provide some, direction; and/or. assistance.

I have found some information that may help you, and that based on some of that information you can do further. I found Grace living with Leona in the 1920, 1930 and 1940 Census. I have found Leona's death certificate which includes her parents as Edward Keelen and Sarah Read which could be Reid
I have also found a possible Social Security Death Index for Grace:
