How to edit a number entered incorrectly?

How do you edit a profile number for a person still living? GW2T-P2N is the person still living but the number in the profile is listed as 0002BC I personally created this error but do not know how to fix it? Any help out there?? Thanks! P.H.

As, the individual/person is still "Living"; and, in your "Private Spaces"; so that, it CANNOT be seen by any other User/Patron, you SHOULD be able to "Edit" the 'Date.

Then, you get this "Pop-Up" (aka: "Modal") 'Window' to edit the Record ...

Why do you consider it an error?

the ID's are created by the system and not you.

It is not an error.

Or is 0002BC the date you have entered in error? If so, just delete it and re-enter correctly. Otherwise, please explain the problem in more detail.

Paul, thanks for your reply! Yes, somehow inadvertently I did enter that date and could NOT figure out how to correct it? I was afraid if I would delete it entirely I would maybe not be able to re-enter the name? A Dennis was very helpful in getting that fixed. I have a LOT to learn!! Thanks again! Phil
