Are administrators having a problem? Site seems not to work. I've made several attempts to upload a single photo and nothing happens.

Attempting to upload a photo of my wife. I have many other photos but process eats a lot of time.

    Im not having any issues on my side.

    site seems to be working normally.

    the first test I do though when encountering a problem like this is

    1) reboot my machine

    2) Try a different browser to see if issue persists

    3) delete the cache of the browser

    4) see if the problem persists even when using a different computer

    Uploaded photos usually come up blank unless you hit refresh (F5) first.

    The other catch is to make sure they're named the right file extension (.jpg) before trying to upload. Sometimes FamilySearch Family Tree will let you try to upload an invalid extension, and then comes up with some strange type of error or hang with it, after it's uploaded. Use your favorite photo editor program (such as irfanview.com) to load the photo from where you saved it, then re-save it back as a .jpg before you upload it to Family Tree.

    Although, I believe that you are referring to, the "Memories" 'Tab' of an individual/person (your Wife); or, your "Gallery", it is a little confusing when you start off with "... Are administrators having a problem? Site seems not to work. ..."; as, I first thought that you were referring to this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum"!

    Now ...

    That said ...

    .

    IF, your are referring to, the "Memories" 'Tab' of an individual/person (your Wife); or, your "Gallery"; THEN, when you say "...  I've made several attempts to upload a single photo and nothing happens. ...", what happens; and, if possible, can you take and provide a 'Screenshot"?

    .

    Does it just 'hang' with nothing happening?

    Or, is there a, what you might call a 'Spinning' "Wheel"?

    .

    You do realise that any "Memories" that are added are "Reviewed" for 'content' to make sure that are not, lets say, a problem/issue; before they are "Available".

    .
