i am trying to find land records for 1877 for Bear Lake County Idaho, any help knowing how to do this would be great

Go to familysearch.org. Click on Search. Click on Catalog. Type in the template "Idaho, Bear Lake." Click on Land and Property. Find the index for the surname and time period of interest to you. The camera icon means you can see them as digitized copies on your screen. Hope this helps.
