I've been sent many records like this one from Middlesex, England. Does someone know how to identify the type of record it is? (Baptism, Marriage, Burial)

Is this a "Batch" for "Indexing'?

Because, if it is a "Hint" (ie. "Source") we cannot see what it is.

Hi Sarah! Thank you for sharing the batch code. I believe this is a baptism register. The clues are that all the babes on the image are days old and the D and the S after the names seem to indicate daughters and sons. Several people in @Indexing Chat​ are working on this project and can probably verify this. Please consider joining @Indexing Chat​, a great group of folks asking and answering questions about indexing and reviewing!
