I need help with someone to look at a census record and advise on the parent and child relationships
The census link is https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M2S4-CNG. In the census there are 2 people listed as Head., Carmen Rodriques and Augustine Fuentez with Regina Fuentez as wife. There is One child who I need confirmation of whom they should be attached to Carmen or Augustine. Then why Eloisa is listed as grandchild and to who does she belong.

Based upon the information provided on the enumeration:
Carmen is Female, age 61, and widowed. She is not listed as the mother of any children and none are shown as living. (See column 10 and 11.)
Augustine is the spouse of Regina becaues they are both in their first marriage and they have been married 35 years. Augustine is 70 and his wife' Reginas age is not shown. Regina is the mother of 2 children and one is living.
Augustine and Regina have a daughter Rowana that is divorced, and her age is not shown. She is the mother of 3 children and all are living.
The information becomes confusing when Eloiso is listed as the granddaughter and the other two girls are listed as daughters. Have you located this family on the 1920 census? Can you find Eloiso listed as a daughter to Romana (Could her name be Rowana? )
My guess is that Eloiso is possibly the granddaughter to Augustine and Regina, but the daughter to Romana. My gut feeling is that this is an error on the enumerator's part. However, all we can do is make assumptions and try to prove them right or wrong.
Things to consider: All three girls were born in Texas and have n n as their father's birth place. Their mother was born in Texas.
Romana was born in Texas and her parents were born in Mexico. Romana could be the daughter of Augustine and Regina, they were both born in Mexico.
I see that my research brought me back to finding the same people in your tree.
