If I put photos and stories in living relative's memories, will they follow their PID after they die?

    Yes. You will want to mark your copy of them as deceased when they have died and then merge with any other copy of them in Family Tree. The memories that you have attached will merge with any sources or memories attached to any other copy of that person so that all pictures and stories are compiled to the final record.
