Yes. You can see the last 300 changes you’ve made through the Family Tree App by opening the menu and selecting ‘My Contributions’. It will open to ‘Stats’ and you can select the ‘Changes’ tab and you’ll be able to scroll through your last 300 changes

Short Answer: 'No', not ALL the "Changes" you made.
.
As 'Patrica' has already proffered, the "Mobile" Application of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' does have an option called:
'My Contributions'
.
But, that is only limited to the last 300 "Changes" you made. NOT all the "Changes" you made to everyone in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
.
The "Web" version of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' DOES NOT have such an option - yet (we are still waiting).
.
As an aside ...
.
There is a "Watch" List where you can watch up to 4000 individuals/persons; but, again, that list limited to the last 300/400 "Changes" made to those individuals/persons (by all Users/Patrons, not just yourself).
.
If you want to know about the "Watch" List, let us know.
