I have been trying to find the parents of Henry Stanton and Esther Edwards, my 3rd great grandparents, for years. Can anyone help?

I found the record of their marriage in the Norwich films on Family Search but could not find a record of their births.

The photo below is from the book "Images of America, Irondequoit" by Thomas Cole Richens and Patricia S Wayne. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you, Dennis. I had not seen that resource. You're right that it doesn't seem to be available online. There is a Family History Center near me that had been closed due to COVID-19. If it has reopened, I'll try to access the resource.

I could be wrong

but my understanding is - if that is on microfilm - it will only be available at the FHL in Salt Lake (even independent of COVID 19 restrictions )

Well, not exactly. They are no longer sending microfilms out to Family History Centers, but if that Family History Center already has microfilm, it is still there. You can see if it there is a copy local to you by clicking on the 'Family History Library' box, just above the film information:
