How do I delete a duplicate record for my mother? One of them has all the correct info and shows her as deceased, the other shows her (incorrectly) as living with partial, limited connection info.

you normally would not be deleting - rather doing a record MERGE

    see:

Note that before you merge the two records for the same person, you will first need to change the living record to deceased. Otherwise I believe that the merge will not be allowed.
