WHAT "Member Submissions" are you referring to?
.
Submission in:
- "Groups" within this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum (ie. Posts)
- "FamilySearch ("Get Satisfaction") 'Feedback' Forum (ie. Posts)
- "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" (individuals/persons)
- "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" (Enteries for individuals/persons)
- "Pedigrees" in the "Genealogies" Part of "Family Search"
- "FamilySearch" 'Wiki' pages; or, parts thereof
- Responses in to "Articles" in the "FamilySearch" 'Blog'.
- Or, Whatever.
.
You need to be more specific.

I have a printout from 2009 for a William Cox christened 20 Sep 1655 Haddenham, Bucks, England with Father listed as William and Mother as Dorothy, Batch No. 7223110 Sheet 28 Source Call No. 0822019 Type: Film - and today when I search on Family Search it only comes up as a tree profile and when I search on Ancestry it says 'record removed'. Is it an accurate record of the parish register or not? Thanks for your help,

.
First I had a look in the "Catalogue" for "FamilySearch".
That 'Batch' and 'Film' are still there.
.
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/319732?availability=Family%20History%20Library
.
Then I had a look in the "Genealogies" Part of "FamilySearch".
The Record is still there.
[ie. an International Genealogical Index (IGI) reference].

.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,
International Genealogical Index (IGI)
Database
FamilySearch
Entry for William Cox, batch 7223110, sheet 28, serial 00120; citing FHL microfilm 822,019; submitter not specified.
.
Is that what you are looking for?
.
IF so; THEN, 'No', the submission has NOT bee "Removed" from "FamilySearch".
.
Whereas; as for "Ancestry_com", that is another matter ...
.
Maybe Ancestry_com" has "Removed" the references pertaining to the "International Genealogical Index (IGI); as, such related to work (ie. research) done; and, submitted, by Members of the Church regarding "Temple" Work.
.
And, as to your question; as to, whether or not that that "Record" is an accurate record of the parish register, short answer: 'Good Question' - possibly, possibly not.
.
You would have to "Search" for any (actual/literal) Christening/Baptismal records for the locality of "Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, England" to confirm.
.
Even without further research, I would suggest/believe that it may be accurate.
.
But, without further research - that is anyone's guess.
.
I hope this helps.

I thank you most sincerely for your insight. i was under the impression that Ancestry had full access, but clearly they have chosen to not publish to the web those items which are member entries. Indeed so very many of the Haddenham entries are now not coming up on Ancestry. I will bear your comments in mind, and those that are strategic to my main line of research I should engage a local researcher to verify. I do sincerely thank you. Let's hoipe that this does noit apply to all member submissions as there will be a great number of disappointed and disillusioned folks out there.
Regards, and my Thanks😀
