What should I do when I find wrong records attached to a person?

What should I do when I find wrong records attached to a person?

Example:​

John Burrows, ​1594 - 1628

There is a source attached​ dated 1861. I have viewed the record and it is indeed long after the Burrows died.

Should I ​do anything?

    Short Answer: 'Yes'.

    "Detach" the "Source".

    "Delete" any reference to 1861 added through attachment of the "Source".
