Are you asking how to "Delete" (or "Remove") the "Alternate Names" in the "Other Information" Section?

OR, are are you asking how you "Deal" with "Duplicate" individuals/persons, with the SAME Name (and, ALL Other details)?

If you are referring to "Deleting" (or "Removing") the "Alternate Names" in the "Other Information" Section, that is easy; but, should be treated with caution.

.

Whereas, if your are referring to "Deal" with "Duplicate" individuals/persons, with the SAME Name (and, ALL Other details) - that is another matter - they should NOT be "Deleted" - they should be "Merged" / "Combined" - that should also be treated with caution.
