Whenever I receive an email saying I have new notifications, I click on the link and logon only to find

No Discovery Notifications at this time.

We send messages periodically to let you know about interesting relatives that we found. If you would like more information, check out our discovery page.

There is no way to send feedback from that page, so I hope this gets to the correct people.

@NaomiHarpel It’s possible that if you are seeing a “no discovery notifications” on FamilySearch there may be no new hints or records currently waiting for your review based on the individuals in your shared family tree. If you feel that you need to troubleshoot this, you can check notification settings to verify that you are set to receive discovery notifications. Go to your user name in the top right-hand corner, select settings, then click the notifications tab to ensure that the toggle switches are on. You could also clear Cache or refresh if you suspect data is not loading properly. Clear your browser cookies by visiting FamilySearch.org/cookies. If you recently added information, you may need to wait for this to sync before new hints are generated. Perhaps this will help, if not, please come back with more information.
