My wife has passed. I would like to separate our main tree, into two separate trees. Is that possible? Thanks in Advance!

@Bill L Marshall At the heart of FamilySearch/Tree or any genealogy program are the individuals in the database and how they are connected by relationships. Relationships are primarily parent/child relationships and couple relationships. When you view a tree, you are viewing the individuals as connected by relationships. If you want to separate, then you would remove the relationship that ties you and your wife together, in other words, delete your marriage relationship. That doesn't sound like a great idea. As an alternatively, you can choose to look at the tree beginning with anyone. For example, go to your father and view his tree. If you are looking at the landscape view for example, you will see your parents as the beginning people, to the left you and your siblings. To the right you will see just your family. You can do the same thing by going to your wife's parents and viewing the tree for her father.

I hope this helps. Let me know if I have missed the point or can explain something further.
