I have an old, undated copy of a research paper lithographed by Publishers Press SLC, which is titled "THE AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN EMPIRE BOUNDARY CHANGES AND THEIR EFFECT ON GENEALOGICAL RESEARCH" BY THE GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY Series C, No.18.

Included are maps of the empire for before 1918 and after 1918.

Can you please tell me when the paper was written and when it was published?
