Single Page Record Disappeared

Today I was working to link an Italian marriage record to the various people listed on that record. I had made a few minor updates (corrected misspellings, corrected date & place of marriage, etc.). I refreshed the Source Linker to incorporate the changes before linking to individuals, and got an error message that "Something Went Wrong" and it couldn't be loaded. So I refreshed the page on the record, and all information for all individuals on that page was gone, as if it had never been indexed. This is the page in question:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9C2-HTCV?view=index&lang=en&groupId=

All other pages in this volume seem to be unaffected. The original hint that led me here is still showing on the person's page (https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/G69M-N8B), but clicking on it also just says "We're unable to show this record."

On the page with missing data, I couldn't even go to the history for that image to see what had happened. So I manually modified the URL for that page to be able to show the history and any deleted names (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9C2-HTCV?view=history&lang=en). But it pulls up no information at all for the page.

I've edited and attached numerous other records today without issue. I've never seen this happen before. Normally I believe that even if someone deletes people/names from an index, you should still be able to see that in the history and restore a person, but this situation is odd in not showing history.

I can't find any similar issues when I search the boards, but there's a lot of information out there. Has anyone else run into this?

Yes, the disappearing edit issue happens often, although there have been reports the issue is getting better.

    Here's one thread

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/179138/recurring-problem-in-correcting-poorly-done-indexes

You'll probably want to search in the "Search" category as we have been trying to keep those reports in that category.
    Hope this helps.

Thank you both for the link/information and passing along of the information. I'm guessing it must have gotten better as I've edited thousands of records this year and this is the first time (that I know of) that I've run into this problem.

@marcoreid1 I was able to replicate what you described and also lost the indexing on another image.

I do not believe the problem is with with Source Linker. It is an editing issue we've dealt with before and I am hopeful that it is not widespread this time. I really appreciate your quick and thorough reporting.
