Problem with Details Page Views: Mine shows NO parents; Helper View shows parents-COMPUTER GLITCH???
While helping someone with their FamilyTree, I came across a profile of a man who shows: Add Parents. I mentioned this to the person, he said he could see the parents, so I signed in as a Helper and, sure enough, there are the parents. A friend signed looked also and had the same experience. She feels this is a computer glitch that the engineers need to know about. The mother is living, so I can't see her but the father is deceased and I should be able to see him.

This is working as designed. Because the mother is living, her person profile is invisible to everyone else, as you noted. But not only that, every relationship she is part of is also invisible. So if the only parent-child relationship that connects the father to the child also includes the living mother, no one else will be able to see that connection.
You can indeed see the deceased father, as can everyone else. But you can't see the relationship of the child to his father, since there is no public parent-child relationship connecting them.
One solution is to create a parent-child relationship connecting the child to the father, with no mother. That relationship will contain only deceased people, so it will be public (visible to everyone). When the mother eventually passes away, someone will need to clean up that partial relationship by adding in the mother, but until then, this partial relationship is the only way to publicly connect the child to his father.
