Can parish records for Ballyroney Presbyterian church be digitized?

Recently my family visited Ballyroney Presbyterian church in Drumballyroney, County Down, Ireland. The record keeper there showed us some books with handwritten death entries recorded. These records have not been digitized. He said there were some marriage records also. How can these records from this parish, along with records from other nearby parishes, get there deteriorating books digitized? The books are in poor condition; therefore, I feel this should be addressed soon.
