Why can I no longer view and attach Icelandic records listed in Research Help?
I am seeing something new that I have not seen in the past. When I tried to view and attach records to my Icelandic family from Research Help, I got this popup message: "We're unable to show this record . . ." These are records from the late 1800s and I have always been able to view and attach them in the past. I went to all the work to personally find these birth records on the website of The National Archives of Iceland website and attach them as Memories for this family, including adding new children to this family. But it would have been so much easier and faster to be able to just attach the records listed in the Research Help. Why does FamilySearch show the records in Research Help and then not allow me to view them or attach them? It's not because Iceland does not allow access because I accessed them on The National Archives of Iceland website.
