I am looking for information about Josefa Vengoechea Joliani.
I have searched the FamilySearch records, but I cannot find any information about her parents. The only document I have found mentions her granddaughter, and I need to know where the Joliani family comes from.

@sebastian96921 I didn't help much, this area is not exactly my strong suit. For those with some expertise in Central, South American records here is Josefa Vengoechea Joliana in the FamilySearch Family Tree. I do note that you identify her as being from Guatemala

She lived in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia, and was married to Julio Ramos Polo. Her mother was María Jolianes. The difference in the surnames might be because, at that time, officials often wrote down what they heard. I also found a baptism record where María Jolianes appears, and the name Josefa appears as well, but I see that her middle name is Bartola, and she keeps the surname Jolianes. She was born on August 7, 1906, and I assume it was in the city of Barranquilla, since the San Roque Church is located there. However, in that record her father is not listed, and she is also not registered with the surname Vengoechea. I will attach that document.
