RESOLVED: Something went wrong on this page message

All week, I've tried to do full name reviews but I keep getting this message. I've not changed any setting or anything. I log on the same way I have for years and the same way my husband does. He does not get this message. When I refresh the page or log out and back in, I still get the message. How do I get rid of it?

Edited to add: I resolved it by clearing my cache.
