Swedish records won't attach
I'm doing research in Ostergotland, Sweden. Over the past week I often get the "Something Went Wrong" message when I try to attach a record from Family Search. I don't have this problem when I try to attach a record from My Heritage, so I don't think it's my computer. Is this a known problem?

@HRTomlinson Can you provide a PID number and the record you want to attach, so we can recreate the problem?

An example is Hedda Lovisa Norling, PID PWBM-MKQ. Family Search has several records for her, but none will attach. All give the "Something Went Wrong" message.

@HRTomlinson I was able to attach the first source on the list with no problem. However, I did not verify that the record belongs to her! Please check that for me.

Is this happening with any other PIDs or only Hedda? I'm assuming that you are an experienced FamilySearch user. If not, do you want me to provide detailed screenshots?

Yes, I'm an experienced researcher.
I'll try emptying my cache and see if that makes a difference.

@HRTomlinson let me know if you are still having a problem after the cache clearing. I can ask around for other ideas.

I was signed in as a helper for someone else, so the first thing I did was get out of helper mode, and then I was able to attach the sources. Any idea why it's been harder over the past couple of weeks to attach sources in helper mode?

@HRTomlinson I have not heard about any recent problems with helper mode.
