"Search" and "Find"
Is anyone else having a problem when they try to use the search or find tabs? I keep getting an error screen, then prompt to try again. . .

No, everything is working fine for me, both with Find Person and Search Records.
You might try to follow the instructions for Deleting Cookies; that helps some people who see unexpected error screens.

If @Alan E. Brown's cookies advice doesn't help, a good next step is to check that your browser and operating system versions are compliant with FamilySearch's expectations.
Looking at , FamilySearch only supports its websites on the current and most recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, and the current and most recent operating system versions. This will mean in practice that FS' frequent changes are likely to have been tested only in these environments.
If your browser and/or operating system doesn't meet the requirements at the above link, a likely scenario is that the functionality that is failing has been changed and now uses browser technology in a way that is not supported on the software you are currently using.
You could try testing on a different browser.
If that doesn't help, I am afraid you're unlikely to be able to use the relevant functionality without upgrading your operating system and/or browser to supported levels. It may be that your hardware will support such an upgrade, or sadly it may not.
