My question is in the family of Carl Fredrik Rost (ID K6Q5-RKJ).

He has Johan Fredric Rost; 1845–Deceased•KH28-6JG (Son). Born in Sweden Born 1 Sept 1845. 1 Source. Born to Carl Fredrik Rost

And

Johan Fredric Rost MP1B-H4Z (daughter) born 1 Sept 1845 to C.F. Rust (271J-M1Z)

0 sources

I merged the two father's together; C.F. Rust (271J-M1Z) with Carl Fredrik Rost (ID K6Q5-RKJ).

With Carl Fredrik Rost (ID K6Q5-RKJ) surviving

Their ordinances were completed on the very same day Sep 30, 1964; 15 Feb 1965, except sealing. The female sealed 1 Feb 1967, and the male 26 Jan 2017

I believe KH28-6JG and MP1B-H4Z are one in the same person. I believe MP1B-H4Z was loaded with the wrong gender in 2012.

Now they are duplicates. Can someone properly merge them? Or because the 2 different genders that makes it impossible?

You cannot merge two persons with different genders. But if you are sure that one of them has the wrong gender, then you can correct that gender (so that it then matches the gender of the other person). Then you can merge the two persons.
