Mobile Memories app not able to be installed

I am assisting an individual who is attempting to install the Memories app on a Samsung S25; however, the app is not available for installation. There is another individual with the same phone and software version on which the app is installed.

Finding the Memories app under the FamilySearch International publisher, and selecting the app, an error message "This app is available only for your other devices" appears.

Any ideas?

@JCTeed The Android version of the Memories app is no longer available on most devices, at least for now. For those who already had it installed prior to August 2025, it will continue to be usable, but it cannot be installed on devices that don't already have it.

But the good news is that the Android Family Tree app now includes the Memories Gallery, so it has pretty much all the features that were in the separate Memories app.
