Her parents and her siblings all show a relationship to me. She, her spouse, and her children do not.

Her mother Ane Dorthe Nielsen KCJR-L7Y shows to be my 7th cousin three times removed.

I don't know what is wrong or how to fix it. Is there someone that can fix this problem please?
