Search/View Record not working on Windows 7 Chrome

They briefly show (but too fast to read) the page I get when I haven't logged in (but I already am), then show another one that just says "something went wrong, please reload the page" which doesn't work.

They seem OK on a W11 PC with the latest Chrome (which I can't install on my W7 machines).
Did something break for this older version of Chrome?

    Looking at https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/which-internet-browsers-are-compatible

FS only supports its websites on the current and most recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, and the current and most recent OS versions. This will mean in practice that changes are likely to have been tested only in these environments.

The most likely scenario here is that the latest Record Search/View version uses browser technology in a way that is not supported on the software you are currently using.

You could try testing on a different browser.

If that doesn't help, I am afraid you're unlikely to be able to use this functionality on W7.
