Hi Your question is a little vague but here are some articles on merging.

If you are asking about merging the numerous living profiles that various family members have: it is up to each user that has a profile of the person to set it as deceased. Once marked deceased, then it can be merged in the usual manner. In an idea world, each user would mark their living profile of a person, deceased when that person dies. Hope this helps.
