I think the "same name same place number of times" problem happens when the system is overloaded by the number of users/volunteers performing the same activity

It's always been the case that we have to review the same name, same instance, several times. We've never gotten an answer here as to why that is.

AI is reading the whole document so if the name is repeated it will be highlighted.

I am getting really frustrated doing the same five names over and over and over again on the same document. Just for curiosity, I set a timer, and started doing full name review on a single document, counting the number of times I made the same corrections on the same names. Absolutely amazing. Why? Is AI really that bad?

That's been my experience as well. Full Name Review is repeating the same name in the same position multiple times.
