    @Nikola Malishev
What is the DGS number, please?

Often, newer DGS are not shown in the catalog but can be found using the access to Images. Or, if you're looking for something that is restricted by the record holder, it may be available elsewhere. If we know the details, we may be better able to help.

    Hello again, @Nikola Malishev

Can you tell me the source of the DGS number 117184929? That is, where did you find it?
And what is the topic? What kind of record, where, and when?

I'm not finding it in my usual places. With more detail, I hope I may be able to help.
The closest I've come is a file on Wikimedia Commons.

@Nikola Malishev Could this film have contained more recent data that caused it to be restricted? These are the only DGS available in our collections that have Archival Reference numbers beginning with P-6508:

    Good day !

I also contacted you for help at : eu_support@familysearch .org, but they couldn't help me and advised me to contact you.
    Below is our correspondence:

N: Recently (a year or two, or more) ago, the State Archives of the Dnipropetrovsk Region (Ukraine) submitted civil status records for 1919-1947 to FamilySearch. There are case lists and assigned photo groups (DGS). I have the photo group number (DGS), but it's not listed on your website.

FS: Thank you for contacting FamilySearch. We would like to try to answer your question. In order to do that, we will need the DGS number that you are referring to. Can you reply with that number?

N: Here is the photo group number I need now: DGS 117184929

    (Archival Reference Number Р-6508-2-151),
although related files are available on the website, for example: File 150 - DGS 117186109; File 152 - DGS 117184927.

FS: We were able to locate DGS 117184927 in Images.
We do not see DGS 117184929 in Images. We are sorry. Our suggestion is to post in the following forum. We have a moderator in this forum who is often able to answer these questions.

@Nikola Malishev I'm sorry you've had such a struggle to get an answer. I did locate the correct DGS and permissions have been changed to No Access. I will try to find out if that is an error, since this film contains births for Aug 8, 1930 - Oct 22, 1930 and the DGS containing births for Oct 22, 1930 - Dec 31, 1930 is accessible. It would help me to know when you first noticed the film was missing so I can compare it with the date this collection was last updated.

Our Records Management team is always busy, so there may be a delay in reviewing this. I’ll update you when I have news.

I'm very grateful for your help and also dislike it when there are errors. I'll wait as long as it takes to resolve this issue. I only looked through a small portion of the collection and discovered another missing group of images (DGS 118486095). I don't need it now, but I may need it in the future.
    Sincerely, Nikola…

@Nikola Malishev I can confirm that 118486095 is also NoAccess. I really hope that when Rights Management reviews this they don't restrict the whole group. 😟
