Problem with Viewing Historical Record

I am an (information removed) with a report from a guest about a potential vciewing issue in our records. This has been evaluated by (name removed) and others saying this is not a software issue but instead a record issue. I will provide a link at the bottom of the post. I have observed firsthand, and via Splashtop with the guest, that instead of the camera icon, what is often seen is a flashing circle. The circles appear randomly, and when present, they will not allow any clicking of where the camera icon should be. A workaround is available but this still leaves guest looking at an incorrect record set.

I can provide more detail if anyone in "management" wants to reach out to me at my church email address. I have notified the guest that this was the proposed option for review of this issue and he may also add to this posting.

I'd like to see a complete answer to the situation so we can inform guests who may contact us.

    Often, yesterday, during the problems caused by the AWS outage, we saw pulsing circles, instead of the camera, locked camera, or reel icons.

    You might be seeing remnants from the AWS outage.

    @R.Brock We have had several reports of this in the last week. Engineers are investigating but do not yet know the cause.

    This was originally reported to me on a customer call over a week ago (I believe) and was passed from FSC to HR (me) to our team chats, back to FSC guru, back to me for suggestion on JIRA write up, then back to HR with (name removed) not having an idea and suggesting reporting this here.

    Basically, I have been given no information that can be used to help guests, but it is obviously a problem as I saw it via Splashtop, and personally on Chrome and Firefox browsers.

    My thought is that the engineers should take a look at this specific incident and address it so we will have a uniform answer.

    The grey light is flashing in the format column. I thought this issue had been resolved. Are others still seeing this issue?
