Premium Content Extension and using it at my local Stake Center
I had been using the Premium Content Extension at my Stake Center off and on a few months ago. Now I can't get it to work any more. I talked to by Stake Tech Specialist, then FamilySearch and finally Global Services. None of them even know what I am talking about. Does anyone know if FamilySearch is no longer supporting the Premium Content Extension? Or are any of you still using the extension and might know what I need to do to get it working again?

Good morning @clarkalanjenkins I used it at my FSC yesterday. Definitely still supported.
Are you unable to connect? Any error messages?
Sometimes, the server at your center just needs a reboot.
This group offers support if you are in North America: https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/76-na-familysearch-center-support1 -
Mine is not a FS Center. It's just a local meeting house that serves as our Stake Center. I have used the extension in months prior and it allowed me to access content on the Liahona Wi-fi Network. I have contacted the Family Search Support and they had no idea what I was talking about and forwarded me to Global Services and they didn't know what I was talking about either. Thanks for your response

If your meeting house is in North America, visit the Center Support group (link in my 1st response). Access is the same at local meeting houses as at FSC locations.

Yes, FamilySearch is still supporting the premium content extension.
There are a couple of moving parts in keeping the premium subscription link active, which can be disturbed when your computer processes a system update: In the upper right hand corner of your computer screen you should see a "puzzle piece" icon and to the left of that should be a green dot. The "puzzle piece" will list which extensions you have installed, and which are active. When you click on the green dot icon, the authorization is displayed. If the dot is not green, you may need to delete a few cookies, clear the browser cache and refresh the subscription. Chrome is the preferred browser.
If, after all this the green dot does not appear it is possible the IP address of the location you are in has changed, or is not set correctly, or the feature is not whitelisted, you will need to solicit support from North America FamilySearch Support as Áine has recommended.

For what it's worth, I find that Firefox connects more quickly at my FSC. Both work, but FF is usually faster to connect.

I did some research last summer into Premium Content access from non-Center LDS buildings. This comment from another thread may perhaps help, e.g. the specific wifi network (Liahona) you need to use:
