Filtering down to ONLY census records?
I've been using FamilySearch for a long time, currently, when I am seeking census records I usually select "type" and then choose Census, residence and Lists.
But I have to go through so many US public records to find the census records. Is there any way that FS would consider adding an additional filter just to view ONLY census records?
I do use these other Public records from time to time, but it is really aggravating because there are so many to sludge through.
Maybe I'm missing something and there is a way to do it.

@Harleynut97 If you enter a place of birth, your search will return only census records. The place doesn't have to be exact or specific. For someone born in the US, United States will filter out all the public records and return only census records.
Without a place of birthWith a place of birth
If you include a decade (or more) for the approximate birth, you'll reduce it to an even more manageable list.
You get the idea. If you include a place of residence - even a state - you'll reduce the list even more.

@Harleynut97 To do this I would filter by collection, type Census in the collection filter search field, and then select all the censuses listed. Does this help?

Thanks for getting back, Well I guess it's a workaround, but I sure wish they would just allow us to separate the census records from public records in the main search area in historical records.
But thank you for your suggestion.
