Help fixing read only person

Mary Dull L75M-YML is read only likely due to her relationship to Heber C Kimball but there is at least one duplicate of her attached to my family member that should be merged Mary McMinn P3TV-23Y. I also suspect the sister Mary GC3J-M3X in the same name in the family is also a duplicate if you review the sources attached to both sisters.

Also the single mother Elizabeth MPVN-PXR attached to Mary should be merged with her true mother Eliabeth Dotterer L8TN-FX6

This will clean up a record which is read only and I cannot fix myself.
