greetings, how do I find out who is pairing or matching birth certificates o an ancestors when I name in the profile and I match? Is there an individual that I can reach out contact who is providing the source and pairing birth certificates to names ?

Example: I find my grandmothers name and her parents but missing birth certificates of her lineage.

I need help with reaching out to someone in the country of Guatemala 🇬🇹 regarding the “registro civil “ for records of birth certificate of family members. Also how/who to get access to the public records department database in the country of Spain 🇪🇸 of individuals birth certificate , marriage certificate to prove ancestry?

Record Hints are generated by a FamilySearch algorithm, not by a human (remember that there are billions of profiles on Family Tree).

You may find that the FamilySearch Research Wiki (https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Main_Page) helps with the other information you are after.
