Combining duplicates when tagging

The up and down arrows are no longer available to merge duplicates when adding a second document. Mostly happens on obituaries.

    The arrows are still there. They just moved them over next to the name. You need to hover your mouse in the right spot to get them to appear:

    (Terminology correction: you are not doing any merging of duplicates here. You are aligning a source entry to the correct corresponding Family Tree entry.)
