Some names are not being detected as a part of the page with writing by the computer in name review
Apparently I wrote this confusingly, but I am not sure how to word alot of it better.
I am trying my best to explain what I mean.
While trying to review names, I have encountered a image where 2 entire lines of names listed in the image are not availible to click on to add as names. I do not just mean that it never got to them before I went to the next page, I mean that they were not highlighted. I believe this means that those names will never be put in on that document because the computer does not know that they are there! I am not sure how to word the problem better than this: For adding the last name when it had only detected the first, which is a big part of what you are doing in full name review, I know that I can click the highlight box on a name to add it, I know how to do that. And I know drag my own highlight when there is not a highlight box to click on around the rest of the name. The problem I am trying to describe is that there was 2 entire lines of names on one I did this morning that none of had highligh bexes, the computer did not know that there was any names on that piece of the paper. I discoverd this when I had to add my own highlight boxes for the rest of a name below it, that there was no clickable highlights in any part of that section, it had only picked up the names before and after it.

TimothyE, It may be that someone else already had done those names before you got that page and you just finished what was on that page. When we get a page to review, we may only have one or two names to review on it because others have already worked on the page before they quit and didn't finish the page. We're only expected to review those names it gives us to review (except when only a partial name is highlighted, then we highlight the rest of the name and finish it). That's the only thing I can think of, if I'm understanding you right.

I know it has been a while since I posted this, I should have checked the post sooner, and I am not sure if this makes more sense. But here is another attempt to explain what I mean. Sorry for being confusing, and thanks for the help!
When a part of the name is not highlighted, you click "No", in the "Is the full name highlighted" part, and then click on the part of the name that is missing, to add it. If it is not clickable, you can make your own highlight.
What I found and was attempting to describe, is a section of the page that none of the names were clickable. I added a new highlight myself for the name before that section that continued onto it, and for the name after that section, to add the first name of that name. But my concern is that since none of the names were clickable in an entire section of the page, in between those 2 names that the computer skipped them.
I cannot provide a link, because it was a page of "full name review" that I already finished before I first posted.
There was I think at least 2 lines of text that none of the names were clickable. In this case it was all names, because it was a list of people in a school photo.
I am also concerned that this might happen sometimes in smaller cases, with 1 or 2 names not being detected also.0
