Good afternoon. For images/records that are only available in SLC, I generally recommend using Cyndi's List to find a local researcher.

@Larissa35278 , I agree, the only place to see the film is the central FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City, it has not been digitized. You could try a local FamilySearch Library and see if they know of someone who regularly visits there. This is the location page: https://locations.familysearch.org/en/search

@ShelleWells All microfilm has now been digitized. The reel icon - now - indicates that it can only be viewed in SLC.

The good news is that Tealie Holsenbeck’s birth record does exist in the FamilySearch index for Heard County, Georgia (Digital Folder 007718894).
To view it, you’ll need to either:
(1) visit the Family History Library in Salt Lake City,
(2) request a lookup/copy from FamilySearch with those exact details, or
(3) contact the Heard County Probate Court in Franklin, GA.
The court may issue a genealogical copy if the record is old enough.

@Carol45908 my understanding is that option 2 was available only during Covid and has now been withdrawn.
