Strange tag names shown instead of person names, and not modifiable

Hello everyone,
I am having problems tagging people, I think the best way to explain is to show a screenshot.

I do not know how to eliminate these tag names, that do not mean anything to me (they are, I think, the original names of the .png file that I uploaded for this particular memory).

This is a known issue, and unfortunately, there is not great fix.
