Is there a way to back out from the 'new highlight' function without going back a step?

I clicked on the new highlight button but realized that it actually had a highlight spot already made. I had to go back a step and lose a little progress to fix the issue.

You don't have to go back. Just click on Next and you'll be out of that step and into the next.

I still had other stuff to select though, wasn't quite ready to go next yet.

I guess I don't understand your question. When I accidentally click on No in that first step and it takes me to where I can highlight something that isn't highlighted, but realize that the name is fully highlighted, rather than go back, I just click Next and it takes me to the second step where you make sure the names are in the right fields. Then I go to the final step. That's what I thought you were talking about. I don't understand what you mean by you had other stuff to select.

Ahh, well, I meant that the name had a highlight, but the highlight wasn't yellow, so I had to activate it before moving to the next step.
