using RM and cannot attach from RM
I've seen this before. It's like they are stuck on the living server or privatized somehow. One thing I did notice is both individuals are from Russia. I was not aware of Russia being restricted like the Middle East is. To test if the issue was Russia I add a person with the same dates but didn't add Russia. RM could see them. As soon as I added Russia they are no longer visible in the FT API. So there must be some new restriction that's been added. You could ask FamilySearch Support if they know anything more on it.

G7WP-YNG connects to Anna Maron and 9W2Q-5QW Elizabetha Zoller I am not able to replicate your concern. Possibly further information is needed to understand the issue. Thanks
The main problem could be that Russian privacy laws as of July 1, 2025 restrict the storage of data on any server not inside of the borders of Russia. Several companies have completely withdrawn their services such as MyHeritage but I do not see that FamilySearch has completely withdrawn as of this moment.
A response found on Google A.I. states "
FamilySearch's status: While some genealogy services have withdrawn, FamilySearch's current status is complicated by these rules. Their legal information states the site "is not intended for use in the Russian Federation and, therefore, should not be accessed within the Russian Federation," in an effort to comply with local laws and prevent infringement. Accessing the site from inside Russia may require a VPN.Collection availability: Records on FamilySearch that originated from Russia are also subject to restrictions. Some of these limitations stem from agreements with the record owners or local data privacy laws that determine how the records can be made available. For instance, certain Russian vital records are restricted due to privacy laws and are only available to relatives of a deceased person.
Accessing Russian genealogical records
While access to some information is restricted, researchers can still use FamilySearch's resources and explore alternatives."0 -
Doesn't explain why we can't match with RM as we have in the past.

@FuehrerGene Privacy regulations vary across the world. FamilySearch adheres to existing legal requirements, which are a factor in this situation.
