Attached Error message came up when I tried to attach a record to PQ12-T5Q. I have seen this kind of message before and had proceeded to attached the record and sort out the information later. I didn't realize that the PID in the message did not match the person I was attaching the record to, even though the name was the same.

The source was attached to PQ12-T5Q, but when I open the source the record flashes up and then disappears (along with the other attached sources), generating Error message 2.

The census record was incorrectly transcribed and the wife was omitted. When I tried to edit the source to add the missing wife from the source record [https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9R4C-Q8V?lang=en&i=1], I received Error message 3.

The PID in the first error message, 3JNV-W2M, is not found when I tried to Find it in FamilySearch.

I was able to recreate the issues you reported and have access to the images that got restricted (sorry!) I will make sure they get checked out by engineering. Sam 😊
