Bug Report: Show All Family Members

Over the past day or so the Show All Family Members toggle in the Family Members section of the profile page quits working periodically. When I open a person's profile page if there is more than one spouse only the children of the first spouse shows as if the toggle is turned off. I can get all the children to show if I turn the toggle off then on again. Sometimes it stays working for a while but eventually when moving to a new profile all the children except for those in the first family quit showing.

@Gordon Collett I can't replicate this problem. Is it still happening? Does it happen on every profile with multiple spouses, or just certain ones?

I can't find the specific person I was working on when I saw the problem Sept 3, but checking a few people with multiple spouses, things do seem to be working fine again. Thanks for checking. I'll repost if this starts up again.

    @Ashlee C. It's happening again this morning on this profile https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/LJ1V-D1L :

    Go to Change Log:

    Use the Back to… link:

Note that the Show All Family Members toggle is still set to on but the second set of children has collapsed.

Not sure how long this profile will be in this form since I ran across this while showing a user how to correct a problem she ran into and posted about here:

@Gordon Collett I can see the problem happening on this profile as you described it. Does it only happen after going to the change log and coming back to the details page? Or does this happen when you first open a profile page as well?

Here are two more profiles in which the individual has more than one spouse:

    »»» https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/K2V3-5N6

    »»» https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/K2XT-KQY

Going to the change log then back to the profile appears to consistently cause the list of children with any non-preferred spouse to collapse. Checking the first first profile, I find that the same collapse occurs if I go to his father's profile then return to his:

As you will be able to see if you can fix the images that now show just with the blue hour glass or if they eventually show up.

I was also just able to trigger this by going to the sources tab then returning to the details tab without doing anything else. I won't bother with images until the above ones show up.

    To illustrate:

I did nothing but switch tabs back and forth.

Not sure whether this is part of the same bug or needs a separate entry as it goes even further… After tinkering with a profile his entire family disappears (parents, spouse, etc) from his profile page

    See: https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/P7H2-L1C

When checking his tree, the family appears normally…

This appears to be a recurring issue that I encountered and I'm not sure what triggers it, it has to do with some profile editing though.

    TIA

@Gordon Collett This bug has been fixed. As I tested it, it was working but please let us know if you see anything different. Sam 😊
